The stunning cliff faces of the Amalfi Coast, southern Italy, have been high on my agenda since my parents sailed the coastline around 12 years ago. I’m sure I wouldn’t be the only one to notice every man & his dog seem to be spending their European summer sipping Apérol in some boujee boutique hotel teetering over a rugged terrain.
